Akita is known as the ``Land of Sake,'' blessed with high-quality sake rice and abundant water sources, and Yuzawa City is also known as the ``Nada of Tohoku'' and is a region where sake production is thriving. Akita Meijo was established from the beginning as an innovative sake brewery equipped with modern equipment and a production capacity of 10,000 koku.
